In fact, Shanker's has stood tall since it opened back in 1981, delivering an array of traditional South Indian and Singaporean flavours that extend well beyond the average curry or naan bread. Those hungry for a feast can dive headfirst into the meat or seafood thali platters, which include dishes such as madras lamb, chilli squid with saffron rice, and seafood curry.
